Carolyn joined Foster Townsend LLP in 2016. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2015 after completing her articles at a multi-service firm in Toronto.
Carolyn attended law school at the University of Western Ontario, where she volunteered with Community Legal Services and Pro Bono Students Canada while serving as co-chair of the Health Law Club. She was a member of the Advocacy Committee and a frequent participant in trial and appellate competitions. She developed an interest in alternative dispute resolution models and completed certificate courses in Negotiation and Community Mediation.
Prior to attending law school, Carolyn worked as a disease surveillance and policy analyst with the federal government. She remains closely in touch with her biology roots and enjoys incorporating her knowledge of human health into her legal practice.
Outside of work, Carolyn is an avid runner and a member of the London Pacers. She is also completing a part-time undergraduate degree in neuroscience.
