Deborah joined Foster Townsend LLP in 2008 as an Associate lawyer specializing in insurance law. She received her Honours B.A. in Philosophy, with distinction, from The University of Western Ontario in 1997 before obtaining her LL.B from the University of Windsor in 2000. Following her call to the bar in 2002, Deborah articled and worked as an Associate lawyer in Hamilton, and in late 2002 returned to London, where she was born and raised, to work as an Associate in a large local firm to continue practicing in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation.
Deborah is committed to giving back to the London community. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Sexual Assault Centre London and The Arts Project and a past Committee Member of the Research Ethics Board for the review of health sciences research at The University of Western Ontario. Deborah currently devotes time to an array of local charities and organizations.
